Verica Živković, Serbia

The first collection of haiku poems by Predrag Pera Čikarić represents a precious rarity in Serbian haiku scene. That valuable asset is reflected in the impressive original poetic images below which a philosophical direction pulsates. The collection contains 93 haiku poems. This is a mature haiku work. The structure of this work fascinates a reader by seemingly simple sensory sensations which are pervaded by artistic freshness.

Čikarić immaculately presented his philosophy about life and the world in this wonderful poetic form.
